Meghan has been working in and around California state politics for more than 15 years and is a veteran of many high-profile statewide public affairs, ballot measure, and issue campaigns.
At BCF, Meghan is involved in strategy, message development, ally recruitment and engagement, and general issue and campaign management for our clients. She has worked with many diverse industries and constituencies including local government, transportation, health care, agriculture and energy. Learning about new issues and figuring out ways to make them compelling to voters and thought leaders is one of her favorite things about her job.
Meghan combines her understanding of politics, attention to detail and ability to bring people together to grow and engage grassroots coalitions on public policy issues. She prides herself on being able to establish credibility and trust with organizations that lasts beyond a given legislative session or campaign.
Before joining BCF, Meghan worked at the California Building Industry Association doing government and public affairs.
A life-long resident of Sacramento, Meghan graduated from UC Davis with a degree in rhetoric and communications.
In her spare time, Meghan can be usually be found exploring the Sierras with her husband, son and 100-pound Labrador.
